Cancellation Policy

We understand life gets in the way and sometimes not being able to make your appointment is unavoidable, however as a courtesy to your stylist and other clients, we would be thankful for at least 48 hours’ notice on any changes to your appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice or no shows may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to restrict or remove access to online booking facilities for clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend appointments with insufficient notice. In these circumstances, future appointments may only be made directly through the salon and may require a deposit or full payment in advance to secure the booking.

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that you can benefit from the full service allocated. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any new clients that cancel within 48 hours or is a no show will lose their 30% deposit.
