Cancellation Policy

We understand life gets in the way and sometimes not being able to make your appointment is unavoidable, however as a courtesy to your stylist and other clients, we would be thankful for at least 24 hours’ notice on any changes to your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice or no shows may result in a 50% cancellation fee.

Please arrive on time for your appointment so that you can benefit from the full service allocated. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Any new clients that cancel within 24 hours or is a no show will lose their 30% deposit.
